Operator Updates for Cambustay Coachways
Update: SERVICE 86 FREQUENCY CHANGES: From Sunday 21st June 2026, service 86 will now operate every 90 minutes.
Update: NETWORK CHANGES FROM MONDAY 18TH MAY 2026... Service 53 will now run every 90 minutes throughout Monday to Saturday daytime. Due to changes in our Glen Buses network, service 53 will no longer operate on Sundays. Additionally, services C22 (Balgillo to Kirriemuir) and C57 (Balgillo to Alyth) will be withdrawn.
Update: GLEN BUSES CHANGES FROM MONDAY 18TH MAY 2026... Service 120 (Backwater Reservoir) will be renumbered to service 121, will now extend to Glenhead Farm and run two hourly. Service 122 (Glen Isla) will be renumbered to service 120 and run two hourly. These two services will continue to connect at Peel Farm. Service 121 (Glen Prosen) will be renumbered to service 122 and will now additionally serve Shielhill and Glenprosen Distillery. NEW SERVICE 123 will operate in the opposite direction around Glen Prosen. Together these two services will provide a joint frequency of every 90 minutes.
Update: From Wednesday 13th May 2026, service 155 will no longer serve Ruthvenfield due to access issues. Madderty will now additionally be served between St Davids and Crieff.
Update: MAJOR CHANGES TO SERVICE 139 FROM FRIDAY 8TH MAY 2026. Service 139 will no longer serve Pitkerro Road, Linlathen, South Powrie, Duntrune and Westhall Terrace, this part of the route has been replaced by new service 239. Service 139 will now operate direct up Forfar Road however will continue to serve Morrison's and Jack Martin Way. NEW SERVICE 239 will cover the old 139 route between Dundee and Westhall Terrace, with the exception of Glenconnor Drive which will be bypassed. The Speckled Hen Farm Shop will also no longer be served due to turning restrictions. NEW TIMETABLE: Services 139 and 239 will operate every two hours and create a joint hourly frequency between Dundee City Centre and Morrison's.
Update: GLEN BUSES: CHANGES FROM FRIDAY 8TH MAY 2026. The following changes will take place throughout our Glen Buses Network. Service 96 (Cairn O' Mount) will now additionally serve Luthermuir, operate an additional journey in each direction and run to a new timetable. Please note service 196 remains unchanged and will not serve Luthermuir. Service 130 (Glen Clova) will now operate an additional journey in each direction and run to a new timetable, following a two hourly frequency. Service 150 (Glen Esk) will now operate an additional journey in each direction, existing journeys remain unchanged. NEW SERVICE 239 will operate between Dundee and Kirriemuir. This service runs four times a day and directly connects with service 130 for onward travel to Glen Clova - this connection is guaranteed and through fares are available.
Update: From Friday 8th May 2026, service 115 will now run every two hours throughout the day. Service 115 will continue to connect with service 275 in Friockheim for onwards travel to Arbroath, Forfar and Blairgowrie.
Update: From Thursday 7th May 2026, service 32 will now run every 70 minutes throughout the day between Montrose and Arbroath. Service 32X has undergone minor changes in order to coordinate with the new 32 timetable.
Update: From Thursday 7th May, service 206 will now operate all journeys 15 mintues earlier, leaving Ethiebeaton Park on the hour and Gardyne at half past the hour.
Update: New connections from Glenshee 501 service to Pitlochry. From Monday 27th April 2026 we will introduce the new service 502 between Pitlochry and Enochdhu, where passengers can transfer onto existing service 501 towards Blairgowrie or Glenshee and Ballater. This connection is guaranteed and passengers can wait on the vehicle before their connecting service arrives. Please note, the wait time at Enochdhu is around five minutes with the following exceptions: Passengers waiting on the Northbound 501 service due at 1330 and passengers waiting on the Southbound 501 service at 1610, wait times for these services is around half an hour however passengers are reminded that they are more than welcome to remain on the vehicle as they wait. Passengers alighting the Southbound 501 service at 1303 and the Northbound service at 1533 will also have a wait time of around half an hour as the 502 must wait on the arrival of the 501 service travelling in the other direction. We apologies for this inconvenience.
Update: Increased frequency and additional evening journey added to service 155 from Monday 27th April 2026. Service 155 will now operate every 60 minutes Monday to Saturday daytime, there is still no Sunday service on this route. An additional journey will now depart Perth at 18:35 and Crieff at 19:35.
Update: Increased frequency on Crieff/Dunkeld/Aberfeldy corridors from Monday 27th April 2026. Services 822 and 826 will now run every two hours throughout the day. The 822 timetable has been completely revised with all journeys operating at new times. The 826 timetable remains the same with additional trips surrounding the pre-existing ones.
Update: From Sunday 5th April, all variants of services 60, 61, 64 and 85 will now additionally run on Sundays, following existing Monday to Saturday timetables.
Update: New Sunday 32 Services. From Sunday 22nd March 2026, service 32 will now operate two journeys in each direction on a Sunday.
Update: Additional morning 32X service and evening 32 service. From Saturday 21st March 2026 the following additional services will operate alongside the current timetable - 06:10 32X Montrose to Arbroath and 18:50 32 Arbroath to Montrose.
Update: MAJOR CHANGES TO SERVICE 62: From Tuesday 17th March 2026 the following changes will take place... Service 62 has been extended from Newburgh to Bridge of Earn and will now leave Dundee every two hours from 0632 to 1832 in order to integrate with service 66 more effectively. Service 62 will now additionally service Newport Norwood and Wormit Crosshill Terrace in both directions. NEW SERVICE 62A: This service will depart Dundee every two hours from 0732 to 1732. Service 62A will run direct through Newport and Wormit like the old 62. Between Gauldry and Newburgh service 62A will operate a different route to the regular 62. Service 62A will service Balmerino, Hazelton Walls, Luthrie, Parbroath, Dunbog and Lindores before re-joining the new 62 route in Newburgh to Bridge of Earn. PLEASE NOTE: In Brunton and Luthrie, the 62A will stop on the opposite side of the road to the 62. Even though the 62 and 62A both have the same ultimate destination, they will travel in opposite directions on this section of the route - we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, our drivers will be extra vigilant for any passengers who may be waiting on the wrong side of the road during these first few weeks. Update: Glen Buses: All routes now operate daily, four new services and a small route number change. Good news for our Glen Buses!! Due to popularity with walkers and the summer season not far away, from Monday 16th March 2026 our Glen Buses will now operate 7 days a week rather than just Wednesday/Saturday/Sunday. This will have a knock-on effect for services 53 and 126 which will now also operate daily due to the same bus running these services alongside a Glen route. In addition, we are adding four new services - 135: Glenogil and Auchnacree - 143: Careston and Menmuir - 145/245: Glen Lethnot Please note a few small route number changes: Service 96A has been renumbered to 196, service 205 has been renumbered to 250 and service 220 has been renumbered to 230. This is just to make them align more coherently with daytime services 96, 150 and 130.
