Operator Updates for Sky Travel Coaches
Update: Good morning all, due to the earlier over-run closure of the Sheppey Crossing, many of our services have been delayed or cancelled. 334/335/336/360/362/367/368 - we are experiencing major delays on all our island services, we can only apologise for inconvenience. 320/321/351/352/361/365/370A/370F/370G/370I/370J/370K/370Q/370R - many of our morning school services are still stranded in the delays. 370H/370L/370S - these 370 services were cancelled and therefore will not run this evening either. 371E/371G/371L/371P/371R/371T - major delays on these 371 services. 371R was requested as a direct service and 371L was cancelled.
Update: From Sunday 7th June, the 340 return journey will depart at 13:00 instead of 12:00.
Update: 371R is running 10 minutes late. 🚌🚌
Update: Route trials for our island services are now complete. We can confirm that our 334, 335, 362, 367 and 368 services will be back on normal timetables tomorrow, minor delays expected on these routes. The 336 and 360 will remain suspended due to the horrendous traffic accessing Leysdown.
Update: Roads on the island are slowly beginning to improve now, and with that said, we know today is a Bank Holiday, but we will be trialing buses on our island routes today so that we know what to expect tomorrow. We will list routes being tested in the affected routes section. Hopefully we will be back to usual service tomorrow.
Update: Due to the horrendous delays caused by the closure of the Sheppey Crossing, we have had to suspend some of our routes until further notice. We apologise for the inconvenience but this is unfortunately out of our control.
Update: From Sunday 12th April, the 638 service between Sittingbourne and Whitstable will no longer run. The last day of operation will be Tuesday 7th April.
Update: IMPORTANT UPDATE PLEASE READ from Sunday 5th April, we will no longer operate the Park & Ride services in Canterbury. The contract will be awarded to a new owner with immediate effect.
Update: As new meningitis cases are slowly beginning to rise again, we urge all our customers to please stay safe. The risk to the public remains low, but you have a right to concern. Personal choice of facemasks will be permitted on board our buses, though this is not mandatory. Double Deckers will be allocated where able, to allow customers to spread out if they wish. Services that will remain cancelled until Tuesday: 5, 340, 370C, 370D, 370H, 370M, 370T, 370V, 370W, 370Z, 371D, 371N, 371W. Emergency timetables remaining in place: 7, 8, 326, 327, 333, 334, 344, 345, 347, X3, X4. Services that are currently running on DD allocations instead of the normal SD: 326, 327, 334, 335, 371Q, 371U. All other services are running normal timetables with normal allocations. 🚌
Update: With just 4 weeks to go until SEBF 2026 at Detling Showground, we are today launching our trial operations for the X20 shuttle service from the Sittingbourne area direct to the showground. Look out for us on our trials! You can even track us too!

We would like to issue our customers with a 2026 summary of our services, operated from our 2 depots at Sittingbourne and Sheerness! We operate smaller Sittingbourne and Sheppey local services, as well as longer services to the following destinations: Faversham, Maidstone, Chatham and Canterbury! We also provide some contract services (known as the 370 and 371 groups) and we also provide a number of school services including 327A, 327B, 370, 370R, 370U, 370X, 371, 371O, 372F, 372G, 647 and many more! Finally, if you're in need of a shop, hop on one of our shopper services! We provide shuttle buses to Sainsburys, Morrisons, Aldi and Tesco! Update: Important Update: Due to no working toilet facilities, the support hub we run some services to has inevitably had to close early this afternoon. As a result, all 371 services are running an hour earlier than usual. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Update: Sheerness Service Changes - From 1st September 2025. 371L - the morning service will depart Faversham Railway Station 15 minutes earlier. 371P - the morning service will depart Minster Shops 15 minutes earlier. 371RL NEW service - to avoid confusion to our customers, the late 371R service on Tuesdays has been renumbered to 371RL. The remaining 371R journeys are unaffected.
