Due to the closure of the northbound lane of the southern section of John Dobson Street until May 2027, services heading into Newcastle will omit the John Dobson Street - City Library stop and instead head direct to Eldon Square bus station via the A167 until the Great North Road junction, and then southbound down Barras Bridge and Percy Street
